Emaar South is a new golf-course development in Dubai South surrounded by clusters of modern townhouses and villas.
The design of this new master-planned community is governed by the guiding principles of connectivity, accessibility, liveability, sustainability and optimal residential density. Emaar South aims to serve as home to those working in the various integrated districts of Dubai South, greater Dubai area and in close proximity to Abu Dhabi.
